The staff at Kiddie Kastle Learning center is caring and dedicated to nurturing each child to help them reach their full potential. 

Our staff members have a passion for educating and are motivated by their love of children. 

Some of our staff members have been employed with Kiddie Kastle learning center for over a decade. 

All staff members are CPR certified and required to complete clearances before working with children; NJ child abuse registry, criminal background checks and FBI fingerprint clearance. 

Our staff are also required to obtain at least 12 hours of professional development annually. 

All staff annually attends an emergency evacuation and fire safety training. 

Every staff member must complete a new staff orientation, a mandated child abuse reporter training and health and safety trainings as required by the department of health and safety.
